DOKSTOR BACK OFFICE
The Dokstor Back-office is the central point for administration of the KYC On-Boarding process.
It offers a secure document management system that facilitates the review and validation of documents as well as the identity, address, and age of the customer. These validations can be automated using Dokstor’s AI capability, or manually verified by the organisation’s operations teams.
The Dokstor CAFe is a web-based tool, able to be embedded in the organisation’s web sites, to enable the capture of data and documents from the customers. Which data and documents is totally configurable. This moves the process from being manual and high cost to one that is self-administered by the end-customer, saving time for all concerned. Effectively the customer on-boards themselves, allowing the internal team to move from a labour intensive administrative function to an exception-based higher value added approach.
DOKSTOR MOBILE APP and SDK
Dokstor also provides a mobile app for capturing information and documents during the On-Boarding process. Additionally, our SDK allows clients to incorporate these core functions into their own mobile apps. In this way, Dokstor makes an administrative process less cumbersome for both client and customer.
